How are we doing so far.....
A few weeks after they move in to their new home, we ask our customers a few questions (actually, we don’t ask them ourselves, we commission an independent research company just to avoid any possibility of influencing the answers). We want to find out about the whole Miller Homes experience – the house, the process, the people – from start to finish without being too much of a nuisance when people would rather be enjoying their new home.
We also take part in the Home Builders Federation National New Home Customer Satisfaction Survey each year. As well as providing a guide for homebuyers to help them when making their purchasing decision, the survey also encourages high levels of service within the industry. We are very proud to have a 5 star rating, the highest possible, in the customer satisfaction survey. A five star rating is not easy to achieve and is a very positive endorsement of the processes, systems and culture we have in place. We hope this provides our customers with real confidence in us and the homes we build.
We’re not perfect yet but we seem to be heading in the right direction and our scores hopefully show our commitment to delivering The Miller Difference and putting our customers at the heart of everything we do.
