We will confirm whether your property qualifies for downsizing. All of our offers are supported by an independent valuation report, so you can be sure the price you're quoted reflects your home's open market value.

  1. Make Your Decision

Once your property qualifies*, we, alongside our partners, will take responsibility for putting your house on the market. This means no worries about advertising and estate agent fees. Instead, you get  to prepare for your exciting move†. We even cover the cost of your Energy Performance Certificate (where required) and, for properties in Scotland, your Home Report (where required).
