At Miller Homes, we believe in acknowledging your diligent savings and are prepared to match your deposit up to 5% of the total property price. We're committed to making your dream home a reality, and with our Deposit Match scheme, we make it a financial reality too. On selected plots, we'll match your saved deposit up to a maximum of 5% of the total price, reducing the overall cost of your new home.

  • Miller Homes will match the customer's deposit up to 5% of the purchase price on selected properties.
  • The customer must be able to verify possession of the agreed deposit amount when they pay the reservation fee.
  • The standard reservation charge applies to the selected plot.
  • The value of the Deposit Match will be deducted from the total sale price upon legal completion.

*Miller Homes will pay up to 5% of the purchase price of the selected plot, to match the customer’s deposit, as agreed at point of reservation. To be eligible for the Deposit Match the customer must be able to prove at point of settlement that they are in possession of the agreed deposit amount. Customer must pay the standard reservation charge on their selected plot. Deposit Match value will be deducted from total sale price on legal completion. Deposit Match available on selected plots only, and is subject to Miller Homes’ standard terms and conditions. This is a limited offer and may be withdrawn without notice.
