That’s where our Assisted Move initiative comes in. We’ll help take away that frustration by working with a range of local experts to value and list your home. In the meantime, you can come and view our showhomes, and we’ll help you find the home that’s right for you.
Step 1
To kick things off, simply let our expert sales consultant know that you have a house to sell and that you’re interested in using Assisted Move. We’ll take some details of your existing home and contact our regional property specialists and local estate agents to create a fair valuation of your property.
Step 2
Once we’ve received the valuations, we’ll discuss them with you and agree on a fair selling price for your existing home.
Step 3
The estate agents will then list your property and handle all the viewings to help reduce the stress involved in selling your current home. Also, on top of that, you’ll have no estate agent fees to pay as we’ve got them covered.
Step 4
Once a buyer has been found, our estate agents will handle the sale of the property whilst keeping you informed every step of the way. You can then reserve your new St. Modwen home and officially start your home buying journey with us!
